Seriously, this peppermint chocolate stuff is goo-ood. We bought two for our potluck, and we have a little of one left and I have been taking little bits at a time, and I know I just have one little bit left and it will be gone. Bum.
On Sunday I cooked up a big pot of apple cider with mountain rose apples (they are PINK inside!!!), cinnamon, lemon, and ginger. Not that many people noticed it was there cause there was beverage MADNESS, so now I have quite a nice amount left. I'll bring some to my family thanksgiving in Olympia, but there's a little left for sipping fun. That picture there isn't the cider, but the way I strained the cider before serving, but I know you didn't need me to tell you that, smarty pants!
AND! I just noticed in that first picture is my tea pot, filled with Belgian Chocolate Rooibos -- another House Special! Sip sip sip sipppp....

I love that peppermint chocolate soymilk, thankfully we can get it in Canada. I bought 3 boxes yesterday. I even contemplated buying more, ha ha.
Maybe I'll find some on an after- Christmas sale.
